All Sales Are Final.

At ArtBot, we are fully committed to the quality of our interactive drawing robots and ensuring they arrive in perfect condition to spark your child's creativity.

Because of the nature of our products and to maintain strict quality control and safety standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. Once an order has been placed and processed, the sale is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the craftsmanship of our products. In the unlikely event that your ArtBot arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

If your item is defective upon arrival:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at rickgveyron@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.

  3. Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will promptly send a replacement unit at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we cannot provide replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or rough handling during play.
